I'm a mother to some of the most amazingly brilliant, witty, independent, fantastic individuals this world will ever see and I'm just lucky they got that way. I love them all with all my heart!

I read voraciously and write prodigiously. I listen to all types of music because I'm moody and I feel like there's a type of music for all types of moods.

I hate to have animals treated badly. In real life and books. We are responsible, all of us, for every animal that is mistreated. They look to us for care and comfort, just like our babies, and when we don't give it to them, we're failures to all animals.
